How to improve your skill at Clash Royale
Card matter, but they can only get you so far. A high skill player with
level 13 cards can sometimes beat a low skill player with level 15
cards, and will have the advantage against one with level 14 cards.
Getting better at Clash Royale is, yes, partly about playing because
practice matters, but that's not everything. Here are a few tips for
how to improve your skill quickly at Clash Royale and become a better
player
- Get card master level 7 or higher for every card -- this is critical to learning the cards well enough to defend against them
- Play Clan wars and various challenges, these typically force you
to use more than just your main deck and to create and play challenge
decks under different game rules that help you better understand each
card and play using strategies different from your normal ones
- Play you main deck about half the time, but play other decks the other half and mix it up.
- Watch your clan mates play
- Watch your own replays and especially when you lose. Think about what you could have done to win.
- Watch top players online. One good one to watch is Sir Tag because he uses many different decks. Remember, they don't need to be the best in the world, just better than you.
- Don't spend most of your time on trophy road. Trophy road is
where you should play when you have a deck you like and are good with
it and after you have improve enough to level up there. Improve your
skills in other modes and do trophy road when you feel you are a lot
better than the last time you played it
